Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Our client is expanding its international operation in Tbilisi, Georgia, and is looking for experienced Retention Agents to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Open Positions

• Dutch Speakers – Dutch Market
• German Speakers – Swiss & Austrian Markets
• Japanese Speakers – Japanese Market

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Maximize client retention and increase lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Provide professional support while delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Retention experience in the FX, CFD, Crypto Industry.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, German, or Japanese, depending on the position.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
