What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for the effective management, accuracy, and governance of the end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process, with primary accountability for the Vendor Master, end to end invoice flow, and issue resolution.
Daily leadership to Procurement Analysts, serving as the escalation point for complex invoice discrepanciesMonitor invoice inboxes, invoice queues and invoice exceptions and coordinate the resolutions to ensure timely processing and payment
Monitoring P2P process performance, identifying trends and root causes of error and driving correction.
Oversees supplier onboarding to the digital supplier portal and supports in the effective use of the supplier portal.
Owns and manages the Vendor Master record lifecycle
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in business administration, finance, supply chain, or related field.
5–7 years of Procure‑to‑Pay, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, or procurement operations experience.
Strong understanding of P2P workflows, vendor onboarding, invoice matching, and data governance.
Demonstrated experience of Workday
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience, preferable.
This role is to be offered as a Fixed Term Contract to cover leave.
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The minimum annualized starting base pay for this role is 223,000 PLN. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
