Responsibilities:
Strategic planning & needs analysis: Translating business requirements into holistic property solutions in line with corporate strategy
Portfolio Analysis & Site Concepts: Developing well-founded site and portfolio analyses, including the formulation of sustainable site concepts
Project Management: Holistic management of national and international construction projects from the concept phase through to successful handover
Owner/Tenant Representation: Representing interests with overall responsibility for budget, deadlines and quality
Site Development/Site Consolidation or Closure: Managing site selection, land acquisition and the establishment of project organisations. Developing exit and realisation strategies and implementing them.
Transactions & Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews and supporting M&A and divestment projects
Profitability analyses: Preparing well-founded analyses (DCF, make-or-buy, feasibility studies) to inform decision-making
Data-Driven Decision Support: Apply modern analytical techniques and AI-supported methods to evaluate site, portfolio, and investment options and identify optimization potential
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in real estate management, regional planning or economic geography, specialising in real estate, architecture or civil engineering
- Professional experience: More than five years of relevant professional experience in national and international environments, ideally in corporate real estate
- Analytical skills: A strong ability to analyse complex issues in a structured manner and evaluate them strategically
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to assess economic interrelationships holistically and make decisions in the best interests of the organisation as a whole
- Drive to shape and drive change: High level of motivation to actively drive initiatives forward and implement sustainable solutions in an international environment
- Negotiation skills: Confident manner and assertiveness in contract and stakeholder negotiations
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work in a team and confidence in operating within an international environment
- IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, SAP, Dalux and Power BI
- Languages: Business fluency in spoken and written German and English; additional languages would be an advantage
