The role
The Global HR Analytics Specialist turns complex people, organisation and workforce data into clear, trusted insights that help HR and business leaders make better decisions. The role combines hands-on analytics delivery with ownership of core HR reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards, reporting processes, data quality checks and user guidance.
This role reports into the Organisational Development and People Analytics Lead, and is a member of the wider Global HR expertise team. This team sets the frameworks, interventions and capabilities that shape culture, enable business growth, and strengthen TMICC’s competitive edge. Interacting with other expertise areas within this team can become a part of the developmental experience in this role.
What you’ll be responsible for
Building, maintaining and improving HR analytics dashboards and reporting tools, in Power BI and Workday.
Translating HR and business questions into clear metrics, reporting requirements and practical insight outputs.
Ensuring dashboards and reports are accurate, easy-to-navigate and timely.
Supporting reporting across recruitment, talent, learning, and organisation effectiveness.
Helping HR and business users adopt analytics tools through guidance, documentation and practical support.
We’re looking for someone who
Has 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics – with hands-on experience in creating solutions in PowerBI and/or Workday.
Works confidently with complex HR datasets from multiple sources.
Translates data to simple, actionable insights and can communicate these clearly to (non-technical) stakeholders
Works with high attention to detail and strong standards for data accuracy, governance and documentation.
Is curious, pragmatic and comfortable working across teams, countries and cultures.
