Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, configure, and enhance our ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) and workflow automation initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer automations.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Service Bridge.
- Manage platform administration, security, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to ServiceNow best practices and governance.
Required Skills
✅ 7-10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification
✅ Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Workflow/Flow Designer
✅ Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management best practices
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification
✅ Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Workflow/Flow Designer
✅ Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management best practices

Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CIS/CAD Certifications
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITAM
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, SOX compliance
