We bring to life a Brighter Way in all that we do by seeking better, smarter, more innovative ways of working. We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.
JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.
What this opportunity involves:
As Creative Content Strategist, you'll take the lead on content marketing for commercial real estate assets across Brisbane in this 12-month fixed-term contract. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, giving you the entrepreneurial freedom to build content that makes commercial properties stand out in competitive markets.
An overview of the role:
Develop comprehensive brand strategies, positioning recommendations, and messaging frameworks for commercial real estate properties and portfolios, conducting research to identify what sets each asset apart and ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
Design and produce high-impact marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, working with both existing brand guidelines and in collaboration with agencies and partners to bring narratives and visual storytelling to life
Build content strategies that support business development objectives and strengthen market presence for Property Management services across owned, earned, and paid media channels
Own the collateral production process from initial concept through final delivery, managing timelines, approvals, and stakeholder coordination with internal teams and external partners
Monitor market trends and campaign performance, presenting data-driven recommendations to continuously improve outcomes and ROI
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Tertiary qualification in design, communications, marketing, or a related field with proven experience creating, managing, and distributing written and visual content across multiple media channels
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience working with CMS platforms to publish and manage digital content
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to turn ideas into timely, relevant, and engaging content that resonates with target audiences
Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with confidence while delivering high-quality work
Experience in commercial real estate marketing or property services, with background in brand positioning and strategy for built environment or B2B clients (preferred)
Benefits:
Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned brands
18 weeks paid maternity leave
Private Health Insurance Discounts
Active Social Club
