What You'll Do

As Construction Project Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You'll work closely with Project Managers, architects, site personnel and customers while helping coordinate design, schedules, budgets and project issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $5 million to $20 million
• Assist with General Contracting, CMR and Design/Build project delivery
• Review blueprints, specifications and other project documents
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, site personnel, subcontractors and customers
• Assist with design/build coordination and help troubleshoot project issues
• Support project schedules, budgets and overall project coordination
• Help identify potential issues early and work with the project team to develop solutions
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3–5 years of construction management experience
• Strong background in commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Experience with General Contracting, CMR and/or Design/Build preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with site personnel, administration and customers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to help manage schedules and budgets
