HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a brand-new, clinic-based ABA program in Foster City, CA. Join a collaborative team of approximately 5–6 BCBAs providing high-quality ABA and early intervention services to children with autism and developmental needs. Newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

BCBA Responsibilities

• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; 8:00–4:00 Fridays
• Saturdays occur 9-1 at the clinic; BCBA's are expected to attend 4 annually
• Provide clinic-based ABA services primarily to children ages 2–8
• Manage an individualized caseload of approximately 10–15 clients
• Conduct ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Develop treatment goals, behavior plans, and clinical programming
• Monitor client progress and modify ABA programs as clinically appropriate
• Supervise behavior technicians and clinicians pursuing BCBA certification
• Provide clinical training, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Provide parent training and caregiver education to support treatment goals
• Complete clinical reports, treatment plans, and required documentation
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance with funder requirements
• Maintain a minimum of 112 billable hours per month
• Collaborate with an on-site clinical team of approximately 5–6 BCBAs

BCBA Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with young children ages 0–5
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs
• Knowledge of early intervention and evidence-based ABA treatment
• Newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply
• Receptive to clinical training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians and developing clinicians
• Collaborative approach to team-based care
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services and professional growth

BCBA Compensation

• Base salary of $87,000–$100,000 annually
• Base compensation based on 112 minimum monthly billable hours
• QA bonus for meeting required monthly billable hours
  • BCBA certified under 2 years: $250 monthly, up to $3,000 annually
  • BCBA certified 2+ years: $417 monthly, up to $5,004 annually
• Supplemental bonuses for exceeding minimum monthly billable hours
  • 10% above minimum: $584 per month
  • 20% above minimum: $1,168 per month
  • 30% above minimum: $1,752 per month
  • 35% above minimum: $2,044 per month
  • 40% above minimum: $2,336 per month
• Maximum combined bonus potential up to $33,036 annually
