As our Colour Matcher, you'll be the person customers and colleagues rely on when the colour has to be right.
Working from our Rocklea branch, you'll combine technical expertise, attention to detail and problem-solving to deliver accurate colour solutions across industrial and automotive coatings.
Whether you're tinting to formula, matching an existing colour or helping solve a customer challenge, your work will have a direct impact on the quality, service and reputation we're known for.

How You'll Make an Impact
You'll play a critical role in helping customers get the right outcome, first time.
Key responsibilities include:
· Tint and mix paint products to customer specifications
· Perform colour matching using colour tools, product knowledge and visual assessment
· Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Provide customers with product and colour advice
· Maintain colour formulations and production records
· Work closely with Branch, Warehouse and Customer Service teams
· Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work environment
What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months, you'll:
· Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
· Become confident using PPG products, systems and colour matching tools
· Consistently deliver accurate tinting and colour matching outcomes
· Establish yourself as a trusted technical resource within the branch
· Contribute positively to our team culture and customer experience

Experience in colour matching, paint tinting, coatings, automotive refinish, industrial coatings or related industries will be highly regarded.
