OTR CDL-A Flex Driver – Good Pay + Per Diem | Nationwide Travel

Earn $43 per hour straight time with guaranteed hours while traveling nationwide to provide coverage across multiple operations. Travel expenses are covered, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,250
• $43 per hour straight time
• 50-hour weekly guarantee
• $175 weekly per diem while on assignment
• Average 50-60 hours per week

Job Details

• Nationwide flex fleet supporting multiple operations
• Travel expenses covered
• Flights, hotels, and rental cars provided
• Work with a variety of freight and equipment
• Routes may include no-touch, driver-assist, unloading, or tarping

Shift Details

• 5 weeks out / 1 week off
• Schedules and start times vary by assignment
• Average 50-60 hours per week

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties
