As a Junior Merchandising & Planning Manager you will get a chance to shape and deliver merchandising and planning initiatives that support business performance.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze sales, inventory, and product data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that support product strategies, new product ideas, and merchandising assortments.
• Track key KPIs, including sales, margin, and stock levels, to evaluate category performance, identify opportunities, and recommend adjustments.
• Deliver ad hoc market, competitor, and customer analyses, maintain product data in internal systems, coordinate product samples, and support product collection presentations.
• Guide and support the team through cross-category Idea-to-Shelf milestones, ensuring activities and initiatives stay on track.
• Partner with Global Product Portfolio, Controlling, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Commercial teams to support effective category strategy execution and alignment.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• First relevant professional or practical experience in merchandising or performance analysis.
• Curious mindset and high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with numbers and data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and effective across all organizational levels and cultures.
• Excellent command of English, German is considered a plus
