Day Rate: £550-£600 per day
Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)
Hybrid Working | 3 Days On-Site Per Week

Your Role as Head of Service QA, Partnerships & Safeguarding
• Provide expert strategic advice on safeguarding legislation, national policy, inspection frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Lead and develop robust Quality Assurance processes that drive excellence in practice and performance
• Drive continuous service improvement, ensuring positive outcomes for children, young people and families
• Build and maintain effective multi-agency partnerships to strengthen safeguarding arrangements and collaborative working
• Champion a culture of learning, accountability and inspection readiness across Children's Services
Your Previous Experience as Head of Service QA, Partnerships & Safeguarding
• Significant leadership experience within Children's Services, Safeguarding, Quality Assurance or Improvement Services
• Strong knowledge of current safeguarding legislation, policy, regulatory frameworks and best practice standards
• Experience advising senior leaders, elected members, boards and key stakeholders on complex safeguarding matters
• Proven track record of improving performance, enhancing service quality and delivering successful inspection outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across complex partnership environments
