Job Description:
The Training Video Producer is a hands-on production role responsible for high-volume creation of short-form and instructional video content in support of training products, microlearning initiatives, and rapid content updates. This role serves as a dedicated internal resource to meet growing learner expectations for on-time, engaging, scalable video content.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Rapid Content Creation
- Produce 15–20 instructional videos per week, including microlearning, explainers, updates, and rapid-response content
- Partner with instructional designers, product managers, and SMEs to deliver timely video assets aligned to course needs
- Execute end-to-end video production tasks, including scripting support, recording, editing, captioning, and formatting for distribution
- Support rapid creation and iteration of video content aligned to learning objectives and product standards
- Collaborate with publishing team for deployment in the ABA Learning Management System (LMS)
Standardization & Quality
- Apply consistent branding, templates, visual standards, and accessibility practices across all videos
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized video formats and production workflows. Ensure videos meet internal quality, usability, and learner-experience expectations
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in video production, multimedia, instructional media, or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Experience with Instructional Design concepts/best practices and adult learning methods
- Experience with video production tools and instructional design platforms (ex; Rise, Synthesia, etc)
- Proven experience producing and editing high volumes of short-form video content
- Strong technical skills in video recording, editing, and post-production tools
- Ability to manage a fast-paced production schedule while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing learning, training, or instructional videos
- Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., captioning, visual clarity) and instructional design concepts/best practices, adult learning methods
- Experience working within standardized templates and branded environments
- Experience supporting microlearning or rapid development workflows and multiple projects at one time
Target salary for the role:
$09,000.00 - $105,000.00
Salary Band Range:
