Associate Business Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for RPA, identifying key areas for automation and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and offer solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with existing automated solutions to maintain system integrity.
• Deliver user training and support to ensure successful adoption of new tools, systems, and functionalities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to provide systems support and gather insights.
• Utilize Office 365 applications to develop and improve enterprise solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new tools or technologies to optimize automation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with UIPath and Python, with hands-on expertise in implementing RPA solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize business needs into automation opportunities.
• Experience in identifying and resolving issues within automated processes efficiently.
• Knowledge of business requirements gathering and solutions delivery.
• Familiarity with Office 365 (O365) applications such as Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI, or a willingness to learn (experience with these tools is a plus).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.
• Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
