At Monks, we combine speed, scale, and craft to create digital experiences that resonate. We are seeking a Digital Designer specialized in CRM & Always On Social Content to join our team for an upcoming opportunity.
In this role, you will be the visual force behind our ongoing digital communications and social-first ecosystems. You’ll be responsible for bringing creative direction to life across diverse digital touchpoints—ensuring brand consistency, pixel-perfect detail, and high-impact execution across CRM channels, platforms, markets, and languages.
Key Responsibilities

Asset Creation & Adaptation: Develop all Always On static assets based on approved creative direction and look & feel. Adapt campaign assets across various formats, platforms, markets, and languages while strictly maintaining visual integrity.

CRM & Social First Execution: Translate overarching creative concepts into high-quality, engagement-driven CRM and social-first visual executions.

Guidelines & Technical Precision: Ensure all deliverables strictly comply with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and technical specifications for both CRM and social channels.

Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Content Managers, Copywriters, and Project Managers throughout the end-to-end production process.

Quality & Innovation: Elevate visual quality standards by proactively recommending design improvements and driving visual consistency across every single touchpoint.

Workstream Management: Efficiently handle multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to consistently meet agreed timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital/Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing CRM, email, and Always On social content.

Deep familiarity with design systems, brand guidelines, and multi-market asset rollouts.

Strong knowledge of digital production specs, social media best practices, and CRM design standards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
