Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspections and Diagnostics: Regularly inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues or potential hazards.
- Repairs and Upkeep: Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and machinery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Installation and Assembly: Install or replace equipment, appliances, and building components as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain records of work performed, including maintenance logs, shift reports, and work orders.
- Safety Compliance: Follow local and state building codes, company safety regulations, and proper use of tools and equipment.
