Rail Loadout Operator

What You'll Be Doing
- Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load materials into railcars
- Monitor loading processes and inspect equipment to ensure quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with rail crews, plant personnel, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures while supporting production goals

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in material handling
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
