Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Define and renew/optimize maintenance strategic, PM plan and maintenance task through MSE methodology to make sure there is YOY breakdown and maintenance cost reduction.
- Establish and renew spare parts strategy to equipment reliability and control maintenance cost.
- Lead trouble shooting and root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
- Establish and renew AHC roadmap to achieve equipment reliability.
- Establish and renew control roadmap to support IOT and digital foundation.
- Lead electrical/automation related improvement projects and take SME role in Electrical & automation area in other engineering projects.
- Establish and maintain/renew electrical/automation standards.
- Provide technical training to electrical technicians to improve maintenance capability.
Job Qualifications
- College degree in Electrical / Electronic /Automation or equivalent area
- Electrical & automation background
- Change control and TRA (Technical risk analysis) AHC (Asset Health Check)
- Project management skill (EWP)
- MSE/PM Pillar, BDE DMS, P&S DMS
