Ebersole - Health Officer & Operations Lead

The Operations Coordinator is a multifaceted, year-round role that serves as an essential operational backbone of Ebersole Environmental Education Center. This position supports the daily administrative functions of the Center, provides health and wellness oversight for all visiting student groups during day camp and overnight camp programming, and serves as the on-site residential coordinator — living on the property and serving as a first point of contact for after-hours needs, facility concerns, and site security. 

This role is ideal for a mission-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, outdoor environment, has a passion for youth and education, and brings organizational precision, health training, and community-minded living to their work. The position requires a high degree of flexibility, self-direction, and a genuine commitment to the safety and wellbeing of the students, staff, and guests the Center serves.
