The Medical Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance and emergency repair of Radiometer Blood Gas and Immunoassay Analysers.
This position is part of the service department which is a field-based role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the service team and report to a Team Leader. Ideally you will be located in the Southeast England / London area (UK), supporting this region and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide top class service support to hospital Point of Care teams and Hospital clinicians
Manage your daily schedule whilst prioritising emergency calls
Make a real difference to hospital patients by supporting critical equipment
The essential requirements of the job include:
HNC / HND or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic discipline
Able to demonstrate a history of strong customer support / focus
Experience installing Windows and Software updates
Full UK Driving licence
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Competent with MS Windows / Office and experience in basic networking
Attention to detail is a MUST
Experience in managing own workloads when working remotely
