Über die Position

Unterstützung Go-Live Auftragsbuchungssystem in der Produktion zur Unterstützung der Go-Live-Phase eines neuen Auftragsbuchungssystems in der Produktion suchen wir eine engagierte Person, die die Teamleiter und Mitarbeiter bei der Einführung des Systems begleitet und als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Fragen und Herausforderungen fungiert.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Aufbereitung und Pflege von Nutzer- und Stammdaten sowie Erstellung relevanter Listen

• Prüfung und Validierung gemeldeter Daten auf Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit

• Unterstützung der Maschinenbediener bei der Nutzung des neuen Systems sowie Troubleshooting im operativen Betrieb

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern zur Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen

• Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung

• Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und Entwicklungsteam sowie Weitergabe von Verbesserungsvorschlägen und Anforderungen

• Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Einführung des Auftragsbuchungssystems​

Das bringst du mit

• Derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben

• Gute Englischkenntnisse und ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und Daten

• Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Problemlösungskompetenz

• Erste Erfahrungen im Produktionsumfeld oder im Bereich IT-Systeme sind von Vorteil
