What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.

• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.

• Operate truck-mounted equipment to load, unload, and deliver materials safely.

• Follow all company, DOT, and safety regulations while maintaining quality standards.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a safe driving record.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible vehicle operation.

• Ability to perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation accurately.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing job site conditions.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
