About the role:

Herbalife is seeking an experienced Supervisor, HR Services to join our Europe & Africa HR Services Centre in Kraków.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of HR professionals supporting over 25 countries while playing a key role in the ongoing transformation and expansion of our HR shared services model. You will drive operational excellence, process standardization, and service delivery while partnering with HR teams and stakeholders across Europe and Africa.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-5 HR Services professionals.
• Manage HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR data management, rewards, learning administration, and reporting.
• Partner with HR Business Partners across Europe & Africa to deliver high-quality support to employees and managers.
• Coordinate process migration, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and service standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support HR transformation and change management activities.

 

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Service Centre environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams or managing projects.
• Experience with process migration, transition, or knowledge transfer activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with HR systems, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
