About Mindify

Mindify Wellness and Care provides outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, telehealth, and community-based behavioral healthcare throughout New Jersey.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to support our growing team of behavioral health clinicians. This position will focus on clinical supervision, staff development, documentation compliance, quality assurance, and day-to-day clinical support.

The position will begin on a part-time basis with the expectation of transitioning to full-time as the clinical team and supervision needs grow. Additional growth opportunities may become available as the organization continues to expand.

Position Overview

The Clinical Supervisor will provide individual and group supervision, support clinicians with complex cases, and help ensure that services meet clinical, ethical, payer, regulatory, and organizational standards.

The team may include LSWs, LCSWs, LPCs, LACs, CADCs, LCADCs, interns, and other behavioral health professionals. The supervisor will provide clinical supervision only to professionals they are qualified and authorized to supervise under applicable New Jersey requirements.

This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite responsibilities at Mindify’s partner adult day care centers and other locations throughout New Jersey. Onsite activities may include orientation, training, staff meetings, supervision, quality reviews, and other clinical or operational needs. The frequency and location of onsite work will vary.
