Job Overview

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, supervise workers and subcontractors, and ensure construction work is completed safely and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and construction methods.
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to project management.
• Maintain proper site records and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/NVQ or relevant qualification in Civil Construction/Building Construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Ability to supervise workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Good understanding of drawings, construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
