Job Description Summary
The Talent Full Cycle Sourcing Strategist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passively sourcing candidates, with the aim of building a pipeline for recruitment, and timely filling of roles for the Radiology ICCE (Integrated Centers of Clinical Excellence). Works diligently to seek new and forward-thinking opportunities to improve and increase talent attraction and reach for critical MUSC Health roles. You will work closely with the Health System, Director of Talent Acquisition to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. Effectively set and manage expectations with hiring managers and recruiters while educating them on market mapping and trends.Entity

Job Description
- Responsible to actively sourcing Radiology talent from various sites and associations
- Attend hiring and outreach events to build candidate pipelines
- Diligently track data outcomes and return on investment across multiple sourcing platforms
- Coordinate with System Radiology team to ensure hard to fill positions are being targeted across all markets and candidates are dispersed to appropriate points of contact in each market
- Work with Talent Team to run weekly and monthly meetings as needed
- Coordinate with Talent Team, Radiology Leadership and HR Business Partners to align processes necessary to attract top Radiology talent
Ideal candidates will have full cycle sourcing experience in an Academic Healthcare setting and a proven track record of outside the box recruitment strategies in tough to fill markets. Excel experience and data tracking expertise a must.
Additional Job Description
Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant human resources, sourcing, recruitment experience, or high school and three years of relevant human resources, sourcing, recruitment experience, or master's and one-year relevant human resources, sourcing, recruitment experience required. College Recruitment, Marketing or Agency Staffing work experience may also be considered as related work experience. Good communication skills and the ability to foster relationships internally and externally and succeed in fast-paced environment. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
