Pay & Schedule
- $28 – $35per hour (DOE)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime based on workload
What You’ll Be Doing
- Service and install HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensing units, and heat pumps
- Set equipment and run line sets for new installations
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs in the field
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Communicate with team members and leadership on job progress
- Work on primarily commercial projects, with some residential as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of HVAC experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and installation
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
