As the leaves change, it’s the perfect time to make a fresh start in a role that truly matters. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated STNA to join our team this autumn and bring warmth, quality care, and positive energy to our residents every day.
What You’ll Do
Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility), answer call lights promptly, and ensure personal care needs are met with dignity.
Warm & Welcoming Environment: Greet new admissions, help residents settle into their rooms, and cultivate a calm, cheerful atmosphere on your unit.
Clinical Collaboration: Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), monitor food/fluid intake, observe skin condition, and report any changes in status immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
Safety & Standards: Maintain resident privacy (HIPAA), follow safety/infection control protocols, and safely operate authorized equipment.
Qualifications
License: Current STNA license required.
Skills: Strong communication, basic math, and problem-solving skills; CPR certification preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, assist with resident transfers, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
