Job Description:
Join this team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF market. Develop innovative RF front-end modules for standards such as W-CDMA, HSDPA/HSUPA, LTE, LTE-Advanced, NR 5G, and Wi-Fi to shape the next-generation product family. You will be an integral part of a winning project team designing highly integrated modules, responsible for hardware development and optimization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments for module performance characterization.
- Design, bring up, and troubleshoot measurement setups.
- Lead module debugging, tuning, and optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and report DoE findings.
- Contribute to the development of advanced FEM architecture and semiconductor process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 10+ years of work experience in wireless RF areas.
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment for the characterization of power amplifiers.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., MATLAB, Python, and C#) for data processing.
- Knowledge of PA, RF filters, LNA, and ASW.
- Understanding of, and hands-on experience with, Envelope Tracking (ET) systems, including PA and supply modulator.
- Understanding of ET/APT behavior, including linearity (AM-AM/AM-PM distortion).
- Understanding of, and hands-on experience with, memory and memoryless DPD.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, self-motivated team environment with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability in documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00
