Job Posting Details
The Co-curricular Programs Team is seeking a dynamic, people-oriented, and highly organized individual to coordinate programs, build partnerships, facilitate students’ learning, and strengthen the systems behind our impactful learning initiatives.
The appointee will take the lead in nurturing partnerships with internal stakeholders, education partners, and vendors — from initial engagement and agreement of deliverables through to onboarding, briefing, and quality assurance. The appointee will also coordinate closely with project leads to support the seamless administration of programs and the careful gathering of data for impact evaluation and research.
To strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of these programs, the appointee will design and continuously refine efficient administrative support systems. This includes streamlining registration, participant communications, record-keeping, procurement and logistics, reporting, and evaluation workflows, with thoughtful and responsible use of digital and AI-enabled tools in line with University policies.
In addition to partnership and operational responsibilities, the appointee will play an active role in facilitating learning and building trusting relationships with students throughout their learning journey. This is particularly important when external trainers deliver our student development programs, as the appointee will help contextualize the learning, accompany and support participants on site, and consolidate outcomes through debriefing and reflection.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for student development. The appointee should be an excellent team player and relationship builder, comfortable facilitating engaging learning experiences and managing multiple projects and partners concurrently, with a strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Putonghua will be an advantage. The appointee may occasionally work outside normal office hours and perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess a recognized bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in learning & development, youth development, or partnership and program management, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or project leadership role. Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships, establishing efficient administrative and workflow systems, and applying emerging technologies, including AI tools, alongside evidence-informed practices to enhance student learning, is highly desirable.
