We’re looking for a Learning Management System Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to support the configuration, customisation, and maintenance of the Moodle Learning Management Systems (LMS). This is a client-facing role that bridges the gap between educational technology, software configuration, and client training.

Your Mission:

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Learning Management System Intern, your core responsibilities will be:

• Platform Configuration: Assisting in setting up Moodle instances, creating course structures, configuring user roles, and setting up access permissions.
• Content and Course Uploads: Migrating learning content, building quizzes, organizing SCORM packages, and troubleshooting multimedia integration.
• Client Support & Troubleshooting: Resolving basic user issues, bug tracking, and guiding instructors or administrators through platform features.
• Testing and QA: Conducting quality assurance testing on Moodle plugins, themes, and version upgrades to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Documentation & Training: Creating user manuals, video tutorials, and documentation to help clients adopt and navigate the system.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated individual who:

• Is currently in their final year of a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Programming, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possesses basic knowledge of web technologies including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.
• Has an understanding of learning technology standards and compliance frameworks such as SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), and LTI.
• Demonstrates the ability to gather client requirements and map them to standard Moodle functionalities or identify when custom plugins are needed.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for preparing technical documentation.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
• Moodle experience will be considered an asset.
