Client Services Representative

Job Overview

As a Client Services Representative you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

This client-facing role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Russian and English. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an additional benefit and we welcome candidates with backgrounds in sales, analytics and client-facing roles.

This is a hybrid role, based in Almaty.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and requests.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, trainings and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-7 years of experience in client services or a related role, building long term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in both Russian and English languages, Kazakh will be nice to have.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an asset.
• Exposure to data platforms, business intelligence tools, and issue-tracking systems is preferred. Experience working with power queries, DAX and Python is a strong advantage.
