Job Description Summary

The Director, Technology Sales & Solutions is a senior client-facing leader responsible for driving technology strategy, solution innovation, commercial modeling, and digital transformation initiatives across Global Occupier Services (GOS). This role partners directly with clients, account leadership, business development teams, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop innovative technology-enabled solutions, and create differentiated service offerings that drive business growth and client value. The Director leads technology solution development for strategic pursuits, supports new product and platform introductions, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients on technology strategy, workplace innovation, data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

 

 

Job Description

Business Development & Solution Strategy

  • Serve as the primary technology advisor for strategic clients, participating in executive-level client discussions regarding technology strategy, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with clients to identify business challenges, operational opportunities, and emerging technology needs.
  • Lead discovery workshops, innovation sessions, and technology roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
  • Develop differentiated technology solutions that combine people, process, data, AI, and automation.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions, GOS leadership, and account teams to develop technology growth strategies that support revenue expansion and client retention.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products, digital capabilities, and technology services across the enterprise.

Innovation, Product Development & Market Enablement

  • Identify, evaluate, and commercialize emerging tech, digital products, and innovative services
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new technology products and strategic partnerships across the GOS portfolio.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions, positioning, and solution messaging for new technology.
  • Provide market feedback and client insights to influence product roadmap and future technology investments.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, AI advancements, and workplace technology innovations.

·       Act as a technology evangelist promoting innovation and thought leadership across clients and industry events.

Commercial Strategy & Financial Leadership

  • Own technology solution commercial strategy for strategic pursuits and complex client opportunities.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Service Line leaders to structure commercially viable and scalable technology solutions.
  • Evaluate pricing approaches, licensing models, implementation costs, support needs, and operating expenses.
  • Lead technology-related contract negotiations and support client discussions on scope, pricing, risk and value.
  • Support annual planning, pipeline forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives for technology services and solutions.

Strategic Pursuits & Solution Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end technology solution strategy for large, complex, and global client pursuits.
  • Direct technology workstreams for strategic RFPs, RFIs, client presentations, and finalist discussions.
  • Develop executive-level solution narratives that articulate business value, innovation, risk, and outcomes.
  • Present technology strategies and recommendations to C-suite client stakeholders and executive decision makers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for consistent solution design, commercial alignment, and operational feasibility.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, technology sales, solution architecture, product strategy, or commercial real estate technology.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience developing and commercializing technology products, platforms, or service offerings.
  • Experience building business cases and commercial models for technology investments.
  • Proven ability to influence executive decision-makers and drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting technology transformations, workplace technology initiatives, AI programs, or digital products.

  • Innovation mindset with a proven track record of identifying and scaling new opportunities.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 173,655.00 - $204,300.00
