International Outreach & Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

International Outreach & Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

(Full-time; 40hrs/week, limited; 12 months)

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and administration of international education programs, including the Bolashak Program (participant support, onboarding, accommodation, logistics, events, and day-to-day communication).

• Support the planning and delivery of teacher professional development programs, including participant coordination, communication, webinars, and program administration.

• Assist in organizing visits of international delegations, institutional partners, and official guests, including logistical and administrative support.

• Conduct research on universities, educational institutions, and international partnership opportunities to support the Office’s outreach activities.

• Prepare reports, presentations, official correspondence, and other administrative documentation related to international projects.

• Provide general project management and administrative support for the International Outreach & Development Office and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree and relevant additional experience in working in a university

• Proven experience in an academic environment, preferably with program coordination or project management responsibilities

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with interns, team members, assistants, faculty, and external partners

• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking

• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, essential for working in a diverse, international setting

• Flexibility of thinking and ability to deal with dynamic environments

• English and German language skills are advantageous
