Job Description Summary
Serve as the operational owner of one or more cybersecurity capability areas, providing technical leadership, strategic guidance, and continuous improvement recommendations within assigned specialty domains.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
- Leads and mentors a team of Cyber Security Engineers, Administrators and Analysts.
- Manages the technical implementation of core security controls (e.g., Data Loss Protection, Identity Access Management) and aligns network designs with IT infrastructure teams.
- Directs regular vulnerability assessments, code reviews, penetration testing, and security incident investigations.
- Ensures all deployed security architecture strictly complies with standard healthcare data regulations and best practices.
- Collaborates directly with internal and external audit teams to evaluate enterprise IT controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Active status in industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or CompTIA Security+.
- Heavy operational familiarity with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and managing security architectures in cross-functional environments.

$113,346.00to
$170,020.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
