The enforcement of security operations is a critical function to ensure a safe, orderly and well-protected environment across all designated areas. The responsibilities include the following:

• Enforce security controls at all assigned locations to maintain a consistently high level of safety and protection in line with company standards.
• Implement delegated escort and accompanying duties to support business operations, management movements, contractors and important visitors.
• Arrest and detain offenders in accordance with legal provisions and company procedures before handing them over to the police for further investigation and action.
• Gather and analyse security intelligence from various sources including police, security personnel, contractors and residents’ committees, and disseminate relevant information to the security team to strengthen crime prevention measures.
• Escort and protect VVIPs as assigned by management, ensuring their safety at all times during movements, events and official engagements.
• Supervise Cash-In-Transit (CIT) operations to ensure the safe and secure collection, movement and delivery of money.
• Conduct traffic control operations during company events and peak activities to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety in surrounding areas.
• Execute security patrols by foot, vehicle and roadblock operations to deter crime and maintain a visible security presence within the community.
• Enforce security measures, policies and procedures strictly to achieve and sustain a high standard of security governance.
• Ensure full compliance with the Police Act and all relevant regulations, enforcing rules and statutory requirements in the execution of all security duties.
• Supervise and evaluate security guard performance to ensure personnel maintain a high level of professionalism, alertness and effectiveness.
• Conduct daily physical training for security guards to develop a disciplined, healthy and operationally ready workforce.
• Capable of monitoring CCTV and operating CCTV system effectively.
