Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Regional Quality Leader, the Project Quality Manager will establish, maintain, and verify the implementation of project quality systems from the tender phase through execution, handover, and the warranty period. You will act as the primary liaison between project teams, customers, and external partners to ensure all contractual, legal, and internal requirements are met.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Quality System & Planning: Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP). Review and approve project-specific quality procedures, ensuring full alignment with project schedules and internal standards from tendering to execution phases.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for quality issues. Manage customer feedback, lead monthly quality reviews with Project stakeholders, and ensure customer requirements are integrated into all project phases.
- Compliance & Audit: Lead internal and third-party audit programs in accordance with ISO 9001. Ensure all project processes and instructions meet rigorous legal and internal expectations.
- Quality Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Manage and track all deviations (Non-Conformities) and project risks.
- Lead technical root-cause analysis (RCA) using globally recognized methodologies such as 8D, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage the "Cost of Poor Quality" (COPQ) and foster a culture of continuous improvement and lessons learned.
- Integrate quality approaches into project risk management and participate in design and project gate reviews.
- Supplier & Subcontractor Quality: Coordinate with Sourcing and Construction departments to oversee supplier assessments, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), FAT/SAT procedures, and site supervision.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with relevant professional experience. Exceptional technical skills or experience in Project Quality may also be taken into account.
- Experience: 8 + years of experience in Project Quality or Project Management within a turnkey project environment, preferably in the energy sector (Power plant, substation).
- Technical Problem Solving: Proven expertise in performing deep-dive root cause analysis using globally recognized methodologies such as 8D (Eight Disciplines), Kaizen, Fishbone (Ishikawa), or Six Sigma.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in documenting, planning, and executing quality programs. Active participation in "Lean" initiatives is highly valued.
- Problem-Solving: Decisive and analytical approach to resolving technical and operational challenges.
