Description

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in handling network-related processes? We are looking for an IDM Specialist to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end damage case management related to Telia's network infrastructure.

What you’ll do 

You will be responsible for managing network damage cases from investigation through resolution, ensuring efficient coordination between customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. 

  • Manage end-to-end handling of network damage cases, including damage reports, investigations, documentation, and reporting. 

  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely fault repairs and resolution of damage-related issues. 

  • Handle billing approvals, compensation claims, complaints, and related administrative processes. 

  • Support cost management, billing follow-up, and forecasting activities. 

  • Provide customer support and stakeholder communication via phone and email. 

What will help you thrive in this role:  

You are structured, service-minded, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and processes simultaneously. You have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in an environment where operational efficiency and customer satisfaction are equally important. 

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and SAMI systems. 

  • Excellent knowledge of NOMEN, KeyCom, SNET, and Sproject systems. 

  • Good understanding of physical network infrastructure and IDM processes. 

  • Financial understanding, including network investment cost calculations. 

  • Fluent Finnish and English communication skills, both written and spoken. 

  • Strong customer service mindset. 

It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of: 

  • Earthworks and related construction activities. 

  • Regulations, laws, codes, and decrees related to network damages and compensation handling.
