About the role

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders, building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely forecasting and planning,

  • Respond to adhoc requests to ensure processes are operated as per the standards to provide financials

Purpose of Role:

  • Lead the delivery of global financial planning processes for assigned markets and regions, ensuring planning activities are executed consistently, efficiently, and in line with global standards.

  • Partner with Finance, functional, and market stakeholders to support planning excellence, improve process effectiveness, and enable high-quality business decision-making.

  • Create accurate forecasts based on inputs, identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders

  • Manage financial planning processes for assigned market, ensuring compliance with global standards, governance requirements, and planning calendars.

  • Support the annual planning process for revenue.

  • Be an expert of the relevant financials systems supporting forecasting, planning and actual analysis

What you will bring

  • Degree educated in finance / accounting/ business or other relevant fields

  • 2–4 years of Finance experience, with experience in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management as a plus.

  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment

  • Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage

  • Good understanding of planning processes and finance systems.

  • Fluent English knowledge
