Join our team as a Starbucks Manager!
As the Starbucks Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our coffee haven, energizing the team and brewing up magic behind the bar. You’ll orchestrate smooth operations and lead our squad of Baristas and Shift Leads like a maestro of lattes. Whether you’re crafting the perfect caramel macchiato or guiding our team through a bustling morning rush, every cup you serve perks up our guests’ day. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brew-tiful Guest Service: Pour on the hospitality! Welcome guests with a smile, take their orders, whip up recommendations, and craft every beverage to perfection. Make each visit a little brighter, one cup at a time.
- Cash & Dash Barista: Keep the line moving and the cash flowing! Master the register, handle payments with precision, and make change so smooth it’s like the perfect pour-over.
- Stock & Sip Station: Keep the café stocked with fresh goodies and make sure every surface shines—because a sparkling space means happy faces! You'll juggle pastries, coffee beans, and cleanups, ensuring our guests are always delighted with every visit.
- Team Espresso Leadership: Lead with energy and enthusiasm—motivate Baristas and Shift Leads to brew up the best, ensuring smooth, top-notch service on every shift! Team up with the Starbucks Manager to train the crew and keep both the front and back of house running like a freshly steamed espresso shot.
- Behind-the-Beans Operations: Keep the coffee shop humming—juggle inventory, pricing, and promos, keep the crew scheduled and stylish, and always serve up your best professional look!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Requires 3 or more years’ experience in Hotel Food & Beverage Management or other successful F&B service industry
- Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of industry practices and operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork.
