What You Will Do:
This is a rare and unique opportunity to lead and enhance your experience in the development phase of a commercial engine program which plays a critical role in Pratt & Whitney’s future.
One of the key elements of success for the 30K program is to ensure we deliver on the execution of the GTF Advantage (GTFA) development program, FAR33 airworthiness certification and entry into service while achieving all job ticket metric requirements. To support this objective, the GTFA program is seeking a Program Manager to lead segments of the overall plan while driving execution.
The Program Manager will work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Finance, GTFA model manager, Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPTs), functional disciplines, and other program managers, to achieve the overall objectives. In addition, the Program Manager will be responsible for regular updates to the GTFA Model Integrated Program Team (MIPT) / Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) and general support of the GTFA leadership team.
Establish Program Level 1 milestones for CIPTs and support groups to achieve program goals
Achieve program milestones and select financial metrics: Engineering and Development (E&D), Material Authorization Memos (MAMs), Capital Expenditure (CapEx), Excess & Obsolete Development material
Identify program risks, define and implement mitigation plans.
Development, flight test and production engine support.
Coordinate with International Aero Engines (IAE) partners on tasks, budgets, and milestone deliveries
Provide regular updates on overall progress to plan, risks, and mitigation actions to GTFA MIPT / IPMT
Lead medium to long-term (multi-year / 2-3 year) projects and planning
Involves a wide range of difficult & complex problem solving
Recommend functional strategies
Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate, maintain and expand effective working relationships.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of program management, engineering, or aftermarket experience; OR Master’s Degree with 10 years of experience as outlined
Direct experience with program execution and budget management
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience leading teams to effectively manage tasks across multiple cross-functional departments
Engineering, program office, aftermarket, or fleet management experience
Ability to drive organizational effectiveness through goal-setting aligned with business objectives
Ability to effectively communicate, build relationships, gain influence and affect change across complex business interfaces at all levels of the organization

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
