Description
Overview
You’ve already built something valuable. We’re here to help you grow it.
Rally Wealth & Benefits is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with an established client base who is looking for more than independence alone can provide.
If you've spent years building trusted client relationships and a successful practice, we're not asking you to start over. We're offering an opportunity to maintain the entrepreneurial economics and ownership of the relationships you've worked hard to build while gaining access to a broader team, deeper resources, operational support, and expanded growth opportunities.
This opportunity is designed for established advisors who want to spend more time advising clients, strengthening relationships, and growing their practice while leveraging the infrastructure of a collaborative financial services organization. This role is based in the Greater Kansas City area.
Why Rally?
We believe successful advisors shouldn't have to choose between maintaining the practice they've built and having access to the resources of a larger organization.
At Rally, our model is designed to help advisors elevate what they're already doing best while surrounding them with support, solutions, and opportunities that can create long-term value for both their clients and their business.
Our team is built around three core initiatives:
1. High-Touch, Relationship-Driven Advice
Our clients aren't account numbers. We build lifelong relationships with the families and businesses we serve, and our service model is designed to support those relationships at every stage of life.
We want advisors focused on what matters most: understanding clients, helping them make important decisions, and serving as a trusted resource through every chapter of their financial journey.
2. Comprehensive Solutions Beyond Investments
Our infrastructure is intentionally designed to help advisors address the client's entire financial picture, not just their investment portfolio.
Through our team and strategic relationships, advisors can help connect and coordinate solutions involving:
- Financial planning and investment management
- CPA and tax planning
- Estate planning attorneys
- Property & casualty insurance
- Health insurance and employee benefits
- Life insurance
- Payroll solutions
- Business and succession planning
- Workplace retirement plans
The result is an opportunity to become a more valuable financial partner to your clients while having specialists and resources available whenever needed.
Just as importantly, advisors gain access to infrastructure and support designed to help them operate and grow their practice more efficiently. Rather than managing every aspect of the business alone, advisors can leverage team resources and operational support, allowing them to spend more time serving clients, strengthening relationships, and pursuing growth opportunities.
3. An Ecosystem Designed for Organic Growth
Our team is affiliated with Summit Financial, a specialized region within Cetera Wealth Partners, providing access to growth, practice management, advanced planning, retirement plan resources, and collaboration with other financial professionals.
Our workplace retirement plan business provides another significant differentiator. Through partnerships with other Summit advisors, our team works with businesses to establish and service qualified workplace retirement plans. Those relationships create an organically growing network of business owners, executives, employees, and plan participants who may need individual financial advice. For advisors, this creates opportunities to expand relationships and grow their practice without relying solely on cold prospecting or external marketing efforts.
As advisors think about the future of the businesses they've built, being part of a collaborative team can also create opportunities for continuity, succession planning, and long-term practice value. Our goal is to help advisors build enduring client relationships while creating options for the next chapter of their practice.
Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For

- Solution Oriented – Brings ideas and solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
- Team Player – Believes collaboration makes everyone—and every client—better.
- Accountable – Owns commitments, decisions, results, and mistakes.
- Loyal – Values trust, long-term relationships, and building something meaningful together.
- Humbly Confident – Confident enough to lead and humble enough to listen, collaborate, and say, “I don't know, but I'll find out.”

You've already done the hard part: you've built a practice and earned your clients' trust.
We're not asking you to give that up.
We're offering an opportunity to build on what you've already created by surrounding your practice with deeper resources, broader solutions, operational support, collaborative expertise, organic growth opportunities, and a team that believes client relationships should always come first.
If you're an established Financial Advisor who believes your clients could benefit from more, and you're looking for the right team to help write the next chapter of your practice, we'd welcome the opportunity to have a conversation.
