What You'll Do
As a Club Lead, you'll help bring our innovative programming to life by creating engaging opportunities that promote connection, purpose, and quality of life for Residents living with memory loss.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing dementia-friendly clubs, activities, and engagement opportunities.
- Facilitating regular club meetings and creating agendas that align with each club's mission and purpose.
- Researching and introducing new activity ideas that reflect Resident interests and strengths.
- Creating a welcoming environment that encourages participation and social connection.
- Welcoming new Residents and helping them become engaged in community life.
- Collaborating with volunteers to enhance programming and special events.
- Supporting Adult Day programming within the Memory Center as needed.
- Working alongside the Life's Pleasures Coordinator to develop creative programs and special events.
- Maintaining attendance records, participation documentation, and other required information.
- Creating promotional materials such as newsletters, calendars, posters, and event announcements.
- Maintaining club activity calendars and activity spaces.
- Assisting with audio-visual equipment setup and support for activities and events.
- Collaborating with other departments to create successful Resident and Team Member events.
- Sharing innovative program ideas that may be featured through marketing, social media, or community outreach efforts.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous activity, recreation, customer service, volunteer coordination, healthcare, senior living, or related experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive, engaging, and compassionate personality.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities and events.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Residents, families, volunteers, and Team Members from multiple departments.
