Description
Act as the primary supply chain business contact and governance lead for assigned strategic partners. Build trusted, long-term relationships and establish clear ways of working, decision rights and escalation routes. Support regular executive business reviews, ensuring visibility of performance, risks, opportunities and decisions required. Co-Packing, Commercial and Financial Management Support contract negotiations in close partnership with Procurement, Finance and Legal. Mange toll fee governance, pricing reviews and new-product costing Ensure that commercial agreements remain aligned with operational requirements and evolving business needs. Orchestrate collaboration across Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, R&D and other relevant teams from both parties. Act as the final escalation point for strategic partner disputes, ensuring timely resolution and preservation of long-term business relationships. Integrated Planning and S&OP Governance Establish and embed standardised S&OP processes, governance models, performance reviews and best practices. Support annual business planning, budgeting and financial forecasting activities. Supply Chain Performance and Risk Management Drive continuous improvement programs across service, cost, inventory, capacity utilisation, waste and operational reliability. Maintain forward-looking visibility of key supply chain risks and opportunities. Monitor agreed performance indicators and ensure that corrective actions have clear ownership, timing and follow-through.
