Would you rather spend your workday outside and moving around instead of being stuck behind a desk or inside a warehouse all day? Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Shuttle Drivers for our Westlake operation in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is an active, hands-on outdoor general labor position where you will drive and organize vehicles throughout a large automotive facility. You'll spend your shift moving between vehicles, walking throughout the property, and working with your team to keep daily operations moving.

No previous vehicle processing experience is required. We provide paid training!

Candidates with experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, warehouse operations, manufacturing, automotive, delivery, or other outdoor jobs are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

As a Vehicle Shuttle Driver, you will help safely move and organize vehicles throughout the customer facility.

Responsibilities include:

Safely drive vehicles to designated locations

Park vehicles according to customer instructions

Follow assigned driving routes and parking procedures

Assist with vehicle inventory and organization

Enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the shift

Work around moving vehicles, equipment, and pedestrians

Communicate with supervisors and team members

Follow all company and customer safety procedures

Help the team meet daily production goals

Vehicles are driven only within the customer facility and are not operated on public roads.

Work Outside and Stay Active

This is not an indoor warehouse job. Employees work primarily outdoors and should be prepared for Florida weather, including heat, sun, wind, rain, and changing temperatures.

Schedule

This is a first-shift position. Hours may fluctuate based on customer vehicle volume and operational needs. Busy periods may provide opportunities for additional hours and overtime, while schedules may be reduced during slower periods.
