Position Summary

This position is responsible for Primary contact in coordinating, staging and completion of customer orders for equipment and personnel in preparation for jobs includes both internal and external customers.

Position Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Take orders for equipment or services
• May assist or make recommendations on equipment to fill the job and coordinate same
• Pre and post job inspection and verification of equipment
• Supervise and/or perform the loading of equipment
• Prepare delivery tickets
• Prepare procedures and quotes

Coordinate transportation

• Order parts / services as needed from vendors
• Maintain inventory records
• Inputs computer data
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Knight
• Provide assistance in the maintenance of all KNIGHT equipment and to ensure good working conditions at all times
• Take time to work with all team members to enhance their work experience and to enhance the value of the company
• Authorized to use discretion and independent judgment to take responsible actions necessary to carry out the responsibilities assigned as long as such actions are consistent with sound business judgment and good ethics, and adhere to company policy
• Work schedules will be determined by the Store Manager which may include working after hours and will generally include a scheduled weekend rotation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Competencies Required for Effective Performance

• Must possess reading, writing and basic math skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Should complete product line specific Knight training
• Multi-tasking ability and must be able to follow instructions
• Advanced knowledge of all Weatherford products and services
• Good verbal communication skills and work closely with fellow employees
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of the KNIGHT business procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with manufacturing ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Handles quality incidents & customer issues professionally

Work Environment

• Typically works in a moderately noisy environment
• Routine exposure to the elements, including working outdoors and in a non-climate controlled building
• Repetitive motions

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
