We are recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager, to join our thriving Frazer branch in Chorley (PR6 0PH)
This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.
We are opening a brand-new branch in Chorley, and we are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to help establish and grow the sales operation from the ground up. Working closely with the Branch Director, you will lead the sales team, build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive profitable growth as the branch develops.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage the branch sales team, driving sales, margin and sustainable business growth.
Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with the Branch Director and wider leadership team to deliver the branch plan.
Collaborate with the Branch Operations Manager to ensure customers receive a high level of service.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Support a strong health and safety culture across the branch.
Identify training and development needs to help your team perform and grow.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience working in a sales environment and achieving sales or growth targets.
Experience leading, managing or developing a sales team.
Strong commercial awareness and a focus on delivering profitable growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Good PC literacy and basic financial awareness.
An understanding of health and safety within a branch environment.
Experience in the merchanting, construction or supply chain industry would be desirable.
