JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role is responsible for the execution and delivery of the channel Analytics strategy (specifically Digital Analytics) and will contribute to the strategic direction of the Enterprise Digital Strategy, namely the Web Experience Management, Marketing Cloud and Analytics Cloud solutions

• Support the ongoing rollout of enterprise digital measurement by working with projects and stakeholders to identify business, technical, analytical and reporting requirements.

• Gather and document business, technical and reporting requirements that drive the metrics architecture for enterprise implementations

• Embed and sustain an insight/data-driven approach to optimizing the business.

• Develop, maintain and deploy technology to execute Digital analytics strategies.

• Collaborate with technical development/ technology teams for the implementation of big data capture techniques

• Validate and debug implementation escalations/defects and follow up until issues are resolved.

• Support the Product Manager to define the digital analytics roadmap for NAB

• Help the Product Manager ensure other domain requirements are captured in the digital analytics roadmap

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Stand Ups, Backlog Refinement and Showcases

• Accountable for helping establish the optimal squad/delivery structure

• Accountable for the ultimate success of your squad’s outcomes (managing Rally and Clarity inputs)

• Elaboration of features and stories, defining acceptance criteria and definition of done

• Effective day to day decisions to enable the squad to progress the work

• Work collaboratively with relevant Scrum Master and the squad to deliver the backlog, and attend all relevant agile ceremonies

• Communication and engagement with stakeholders outside of the squad, protecting squad members to enable focus on their work and avoid context-switching

• Conduct problem resolution, create product collateral and monitors results and feedback

• Manage product risk through early detection of product and disclosure flaws, monitoring products using metrics that demonstrate consumer outcomes (including GRACE events and customer complaints), and meeting the Products@NAB framework.

• Engagement with stakeholders to understand demand, all while keeping the voice of the customer and colleague front-of-mind

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• An in-depth understanding of relevant financial products from either a business or technology perspective

• Extensive experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into requirements and data specifications for technical solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation techniques.

• Ability to converse with technical and non-technical people at all levels of the organization.

• Strong practical knowledge and experience in digital analytics implementations across web and app technologies.

• Experience in digital analytics, DMP & CDPs, particularly with tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe AdCloud and Tealium CDP.

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing large-scale migration projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Extensive experience working with agile ways of working and familiarity with human centred design techniques

• Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shared backlog of key features, user stories and goals in line with Domain cadence

• Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of development

• Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content

• Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision making

• Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle

• Ability to engage various stakeholders across multiple teams and deliver on time, to budget.
