Dutch/Flemish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Automotive Industry (Lisbon Office)

Are you fluent in Dutch or Flemish with a passion for mobility, connected vehicles, and providing exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking enthusiastic, tech-savvy professionals to join our international hub on-site in Lisbon, Portugal!
In this role, you will serve as a primary brand ambassador for leading global automotive manufacturers, assisting drivers and dealership partners with vehicle technology, remote connectivity tools, digital account management, and service inquiries.

The Role

• Customer & Driver Support: Handle inbound phone calls, live chats, and email communications from Dutch- and Flemish-speaking vehicle owners, providing clear solutions for connected car services, mobile apps, navigation systems, and account management.
  
• Technical & Digital Advisory: Guide drivers through digital features, over-the-air (OTA) system updates, remote vehicle commands (such as climate pre-conditioning or remote locking), and electric vehicle (EV) charging platform integration.
  
• Dealer & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with regional dealership networks, service centers, and technical teams to track parts availability, schedule maintenance inquiries, or resolve service disputes.
  
• Case Documentation: Accurately record all client interactions, technical issues, and resolution steps within internal CRM platforms.
  

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  
• Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art office hub.
  
• Schedule: Standard operational hours with rotational shift options (Monday to Friday or scheduled rotational patterns).

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native command of Dutch or Flemish (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
  
• Legal Eligibility: Must hold valid Portuguese Work/Residence Permit.
  
• Affinity for Tech & Cars: Genuine interest in modern automotive trends (connected mobility, electric vehicles, smart infotainment platforms) and consumer electronics.
  
• Communication Skills: Empathetic, professional tone with strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
