Associate Customer Service Rep, Experienced

PPG is seeking a customer-focused Associate Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, process orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Job Description Summary

• Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization's service standards.

• Receives and/or places telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

• Answers customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives or technical/service areas.

• Maintains detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services.

• Analyzes customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.

• Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

• Frequently reports to the Customer Service Manager.

• This position is required on site at the CMS client location.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, order management, or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized data entry systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Base salary starting at $67k/year.
